小学生対象：「プレ国際塾」2回目の様子です。
9月18日の「プレ国際塾(小学生対象)」の様子です（前回の様子はこちらから）。
1時間目のAlan先生による「Global issues」では、小学生にもわかりやすい視点から食料品の大量廃棄問題について学びました。なぜ食べ物が捨てられるのか、ごみを減らすにはどうしたらよいかを、英単語の練習やゲームを交えながら皆で考えました。
家に帰ったら、お家の人にも食料品を無駄にしない方法を教えられるでしょうか?
2時間目のテーマは「Halloween」です。魔女に仮装したEmily先生とHalloweenの文化について学びました。Halloweenに関する言葉を使ったビンゴゲーム、チーム対抗で行うskeleton buildingという骸骨の体を使った英語版ふくわらいに大盛り上がりです。
授業の最後には、一人ひとりが前に来て"Trick or treat!"の掛け声とともに、本日のcertificateとお菓子をもらいました。
一足早く、楽しいHalloweenが体験出来たのではないでしょうか。

On Sunday, students came to take part in our Pre-Kokusai Juku Global Studies Lesson. We had a hands-on interactive class about Food Waste in Japan, and around the world. We did activities to learn about how, where, why, and how much food gets thrown in the garbage. Most importantly, the students learned we all have the power to save food and feed the world. We look forwards to seeing all of you at our next Global presentation, and to spreading great ideas together!
